1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and rebeet ("rebeet," "we," "us," "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online casino and sports betting platform operating at https://rebeet.cam. By accessing, registering for, or using the rebeet platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gambling.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the rebeet platform and not create or maintain an account. Continued use of the rebeet services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments or modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register and use rebeet services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of the Philippines or located within Philippine territory at the time of play;
• Not be self-excluded from gambling activities or registered on any gambling exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority;
• Not be prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities;
• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

rebeet reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with rebeet. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. rebeet employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, rebeet reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately;
• Void all bets and gaming activity on duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any winnings and bonuses derived from duplicate accounts;
• Return original deposits to the account holder, subject to transaction costs.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rebeet is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures, you may be required to submit:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, or other valid ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash account, bank statement, or other verification as requested);
• Selfie or video verification for enhanced security checks.

All documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. rebeet may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until full account verification is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rebeet account username and password. You must not share, disclose, or allow access to your account credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, is your sole responsibility. You agree to immediately notify rebeet of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, or fraudulent activity on your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

rebeet employs automated systems to monitor account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, and other prohibited activities. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and void bets if irregular or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

rebeet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and other payment methods available on the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction. rebeet does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors (e.g., GCash, banks) may apply their own charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your rebeet account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact rebeet customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise agreed with rebeet support. All withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of account verification (KYC);
• Compliance with any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses;
• Security and fraud checks;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as specified on the rebeet platform.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: 5–15 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 1–4 hours (during business hours)
• Other methods: Up to 48 hours

rebeet reserves the right to delay withdrawals for additional verification or to investigate suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawals may be declined if the account holder cannot provide satisfactory proof of identity, payment method ownership, or source of funds.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

rebeet operates in strict compliance with Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities. Users may be required to provide proof of the source of deposited funds. Failure to comply may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed on the rebeet platform are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details (selections, stake amount, odds) before confirming. rebeet is not liable for user errors in bet placement.

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

rebeet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Technical errors or system malfunctions that result in incorrect odds or payouts;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or syndicate betting;
• Bets placed after an event has started or after the outcome is known;
• Bets exceeding the account's available balance;
• Violation of any betting rule or restriction.

Bet settlement is based on official results as determined by rebeet or the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC). In the event of disputes, rebeet's decision is final.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on the rebeet platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within each game. rebeet does not guarantee wins or specific outcomes.

5.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., Evolution Gaming). The rules and decisions of the live dealer are final. Video feeds and game data are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by rebeet are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum win caps. Bonus terms are published on the rebeet website and must be read and accepted before claiming any promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus and/or deposit must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

rebeet prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms;
• Using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Any other activity deemed by rebeet to constitute unfair advantage or fraud.

Suspected bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or third-party software to place bets;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share information;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the rebeet platform;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal location or identity;
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or money laundering;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rebeet staff or other players;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access restricted areas of the rebeet platform.

Violation of any prohibited conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming

rebeet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. rebeet provides the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over a specified period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive reminders after a set period of continuous play;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rebeet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio-visual materials, is the property of rebeet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the rebeet platform without express written permission from rebeet. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, rebeet, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the rebeet platform;
• Technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or payouts caused by technical failures;
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials;
• Loss of funds due to third-party payment processor failures;
• Any other cause beyond rebeet's reasonable control.

rebeet's total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding the rebeet platform or services, you must first contact rebeet customer support at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 business days.

If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR for independent review. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

rebeet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete account verification;
• Breach of responsible gaming rules;
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Upon termination, rebeet will return your account balance (minus any withheld amounts due to violations) to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required investigations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting rebeet customer support. Any remaining account balance will be returned to you after outstanding bets are settled and all obligations are fulfilled.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

rebeet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the rebeet website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the rebeet platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or in-platform notification where feasible.
